Chef Jatin Suri is the creator of CASA21, an intimate modernist dining experience hosted in Dubai.
The menus change often, and they are an amalgamation of cuisines and flavors from around the world.
CASA21 has been nominated by BBC Good Food in the “Experiential Dining” category.
Coriander Leaf founder Samia Ahad and executive chef Iskander Latiff are thrilled to host chef Jatin for 2 nights, on December 8 – 9, for a special 8 course meal ($188++). A vegetarian option will be available, as well as a wine or mocktail pairing menu.
