Method
Combine together all the ingredients thoroughly.
Squeeze pulp to get out juices
Strain and discard seeds.
Ingredients – serves 6
2 cups coriander leaves, coarsely pounded
4 whole green chillies, coarsely pounded
1/2 cup yoghurt, whipped
1/3 cup tamarind pulp *
salt to taste
*soak a golf ball size of tamarind in 1/2 cup of warm water for about 15 minutes
