High Tea @ The Paddock
We have recently added an exciting menu at the Singapore Polo Club. Our high tea option will be available from 2:30pm to 5:30pm from Tuesdays – Sundays.
With a choice between the Asian Tea Set and Continental Tea Set, your taste buds will be thanking you! Each tea set is deliciously structured to include both sweet and savoury flavours. Paired with a pot of tea for 2, our High Tea is the perfect way to enjoy your afternoon.

WHAT’S IN IT?
Gram flour, also known as chickpea flour, is made from ground chickpeas. It is naturally gluten free and contains more protein than other flours. Traditionally used in Indian and Middle Eastern cooking, it’s a staple ingredient in the batter for bhajis and pakoras, and it’s often used in flatbreads.

Coriander Leaf supports Asian artists and promotes their tremendous talent within the restaurant. We invite you on a journey across Asia to experience the diversity of art while dining at Coriander Leaf CHIJMES.
Our current exhibition features Chloe Manasseh British Artist based in Singapore and currently working between Europe and Asia. Her art collectives represent a sense of exotic escapism, whilst commenting on our inherent compulsion to bring nature indoors. Taking inspiration from intricate patterns, the natural landscape and the wilds of my imagination, her work reflects on how we inhabit space through visual identity.
