Rediscover Asia with Noodles

Every week in April, we're cooking our way across Asia, two bowls at a time.

The Noodle Passport is a four-week lunch series at Coriander Leaf Craig Road, each week dedicated to a single region and its noodles. Vietnam opens the journey, followed by India, Japan, and Thailand. Two dishes per week, cooked the way they should be.
